I-PLAN Innovation Food Design Challenge is back with a topic “Innovation in Food Design”
I-PLAN challenge is a national scale competition in business innovation aims to increase food nutrition quality, especially for seafood and fresh water products. I-PLAN Challenge is conducted through a collaboration between Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) and Ministry of Health, Ministry of Marine and Fisheries of Indonesia, Postharvest Network for Nutrition Indonesia, and supported by sub-national government. This event is organized by Innovation Factory.
We are looking for innovation in marketable food. The innovation shall be harnessed to ready to eat and ready to cook fish (fresh water and sea) and other seafood such as seaweed, clams, shrimp and squid. The innovative products are expected to contribute in reducing stunting and anemia, especially for pregnant mothers, breastfeeding mothers and children under two years and adolescents.
